yes finally training hell is sucess 5 set of 20sit up,20puming,5time dumbell plus 100sit up n 20puming be4 starting 5set...lol still nt enough cos my hand grip still havent buy lol...maybe tomorrow buying...
yes my father finally beleive me tat i open bank is to save money he planning to give me one month pocket money to test me whether i can save money or nt lol...
MIA 4 tomorrow,wed,thu,sat n sun lol so busy but still must study lol...
